Ok, so I finally got around to testing the bbswitch module. This does seem to
work. I no longer use the acpi_call script (or module).

Since bbswitch resolves the issue for me, I did not test putting the acpi_call
before laptop-mode starts, I hope this is ok.

The question that remains is, is this then a bug in acpi_call, or not a bug at
all? What is the reason that this commit makes switching the nvidia card on/off
through the normal ACPI call fail? I'd like to point out that the setup with
acpi_call has worked for almost two years for me... although I'm fine with
using bbswitch instead :)
