Between 3.13 and 3.14, a change was made that made the kernel refuse to boot. I
was able to see the tail end of a backtrace using earlyprintk=vga,keep, but it
freezes hard and I can't scroll back or save it anywhere.
Using git-bisect, the first revision that fails is
671cc68dc61f029d44b43a681356078e02d8dab8.
