For me even the newest BIOS did not change too much. I had to put my ethernet
card into slot 3 (the Slot close to the edge) and my additional FireWire card
into Slot No 1. (Leave Slot 2 free!)
As soon as I put the ethernet card into Slot No 2 and the FW card into Slot No
3 I can control the download speed with my mouse. ^^
