Please keep in mind that our solution consists of first masking it with the grub options, but after the system has booted, we unmask it - it does not stay masked. I believe the solution using rmmod ucsi_acpi could have cosnequences when it coems to battery management, or interfacing with usb devices, so I'm curious to learn more about it.
