Bug ID: 220430 Summary: Boot immediately after poweroff with 6.16 kernel Product: ACPI Version: 2.5 Hardware: AMD OS: Linux Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: P3 Component: Power-Off Assignee: acpi_power-...@kernel-bugs.osdl.org Reporter: dangoo...@gmail.com Regression: No I found this behavior with current 6.16 kernel. Some other users also reporting this on their distribution forums. At this point I was able to know that reboot is caused because of PCI_PME: > dmidecode | grep Wake-up > Wake-up Type: PCI PME# My guess is that it is caused by changes regarding S5 in recent kernel. Some people have reported that ErP Ready bios option helps, but not in my case. Do not know if this problem is AMD processors only dmesg output: https://pastebin.com/eWYwRtJM journalctl -b -1 output: https://pastebin.com/5H3YFgAG -- You may reply to this email to add a comment.
