Yes, and cpu usage goes down. Fix works :)
My question was more if there was a change that fix will be implemented in
previous kernels. 
Example future revision of 6.8.0-79-generic (used in 2024 LTS distributions)

I imagine that the ucsi_acpi module currently blacklisted must have some other
functions that are now also blacklisted.
