If it's not obvious where the UART header is, another option - do you have a
PCIe slot?  You can potentially put a PCIe serial card in place and we might be
able to get output from the serial port of that.

Regarding these options, are you sure you need all 3?  What happens with just
pci=noacpi and mem_encrypt=off?

Can you check in BIOS if there is a TSME option?  Can you please try turning it
off.

Do you have updated logs from this combination you used?  Is the GPU
acceleration working in your combination?
