I don't see IIS listed here!  http://java.sun.com/products/jsp/industry.html

But it seems that there are plugins for IIS that can cause .jsp requests to
be forwarded to another webserver technology on your server instead of IIS.
So, while I wouldn't call this JSP running in IIS, this could be what the
guy means.
