There's a couple free parsers such as AWStats ( http://sf.net/project/awstats ), and webalizer and pay-products like Sawmill ( http://www.sawmill.net/ ) - again, what exactly you need may change what we recommend. Sawmill is alright, but you've got to know EXACTLY what you want to pull out before you try to use it or you're wasting your time. Microsoft has one in the IIS6 ResKit that can do queries against the logs AS logs - which is pretty nifty - but it has limited usability since it doesn't 'paint the big picture' for you. The open source ones are usually under either constant development or constant maintenance - they're also often easier to manipulate to provide the abilities to add parsing for new referers and what-not. When you start doing it you'll understand how that's important. I coded my own log-parser a while back that converts it all to MySQL format and builds joining keys for generating the most possible useful information out of the logs.
