Hi Andy, No, normal FTP isn't encrypted at all. There is secure FTP, which isn't part of IIS, but there are applications you can install on Windows machines for secure FTP. I don't really know too much about it other than the fact that it exists, and you can host a secure FTP site on a Windows server.
