This is totally off topic, but I have not found a better source of web
experts than this group! So here it is:

We're setting up browser access to personal folders on our campus
network using Microsoft Active Directory and Windows 2003 web server
and FTP protocol. I have created links to the appropriate address,
but when you go the address, it gives a 'page not found error' ... then
if you refresh the browser it works. What th...?

Can anyone suggest a fix for this?

Click on a link, then refresh the page.
