Did you look in the IIS Logfiles, or only the server logs?

Look in the log file for the hit you made and tell us what the error
says. If it's a 5xx error of any type then chances are it's a
scripting error on your part. If it's a 4xx error of any type
chances are the file is not where you think it is.

If you have the ability to manage the server you can enable
descriptive error messages for that website by right-clicking on the
web in IIS, properties, Home Directory, Configuration, App
Debugging, [x] Send detailed ASP error message to client.
