I was able to achive result 2 earlier before posting. However, for the other results I was facing problem in comparing
RS1: FName (Field Name) Tom Dick Harry Nancy Bob RS2: FName (Field Name) Jack Dick Bob Jill Harry Both have same # of records but values are different. And what would be the solution in case of multiple fields? Thanks for all the help.
