Thanks John. It does help me a bit. Here's what the users do. When
the get the results for the query, they click on a particular
record, this opens a new window and then update some of the fields
and submit it. The status field changes accordingly which is
displayed in the results section. The users manually refresh the
browser and this will tell them whether the updates were done
satisfactorily or not.

Thanks,
KP
