Looks like your IIS installation is screwed, try un and reinstalling it

I did as you told me.
After i uncheck the "Show friendly HTTP error messages", the result is:
Server Application ErrorThe server has encountered an error while loading an
application during the processing of your request. Please refer to the event
log for more detail information. Please contact the server administrator for
assistance.
So, what is the problem?
