When a user prints a document from my site, their browser, by default, tends
to include footers like: &u&b&d

Is there a way I can programmatically redefine or suppress the header and
footer settings in their browser while they print my document, and then
restore those settings to what they were when the print job is complete?

In Internet Explorer, the settings I want to modify programmatically are the
settings a user can change manually at:

  File menu
  Page Setup
  Footers

TIA,

Far Farley
