Subject: [ASP] Double Submits

I have users on a very slow data connection. When they click the submit
button on a form, it doesn't immediately do anything on their end.

Is there anything that I can do, javascript-wise, to blank out the web
page or remove the button so they can't click it again? I realize that
some might click refresh, but I don't believe that will be as big an
issue as the double submits.
