Yes it does mean that. If anyone cares I use to play QuakeIII under the name Anthrax. I was pretty good in my day and I used to frag a lot of enemies. Since someone had already taken the name on yahoo I decided to add the emergency phone code of 9-1-1 to indicate that another player would need an ambulance after playing against me.
