Hi brian yes, i thought it was that, and i tried that too. but the problem is really at the customer end - because the transaction did actually go thru, its just that a relevant message doesnt get to the customer (or our system) so he (and us) dont know that the procuct is actually paid for already. Thats when they (or us) try to re-debit the card (even ifg its hours later), and land up with a double debit. So now we just have to double check before manually charging them, that the transaction did or didnt go thru. moshe.
