This isn't something you're going to be able to stop really. If they can't view the source, they can select and copy / paste from the browser window itself. If they can't do that, they can screen-shot the browser window, if they can't do that they can... You get the idea.
Get yourself some decent terms and conditions which they have to agree to on registering for access to the site, that's probably all you can realistically do to cover yourself.
