Hello Ehtisham,
This error can result due to several reasons. Since you have
not mentioned the scenario that is producing this error, I
should tell you the most common reason of this. If you are
using Access database and you have not provided the write
permission on the mdb file on the webserver, and you try to
apply some INSERT or UPDATE query, you will get this error.
