Are you sure it isn't a caching issue?  If you press Back then refresh does
the user still have access to the page or are they directed to the login
URL?

My FormsAuthentication.SignOut is not functioning. 
User is not actually signout when clicking on logout(he is 
redirected to login page by me but if he clicks back and do some 
user part then the part is performed which should not be done if 
logout)
