When I test my Website with IE,Safari,Netscape on a MAC, every thing is OK.
I can retreive the userID from the get session("userID") command.
If I try the same with a PC, I get always an empty userID.
I found that if I put the IP address (http://999.999.999.999/home.thml) of my server instead of the domain name (http://www.something.com/home.thml) in my URL the problem goes away.
Any Idea where the problem start with the PCs?
Sounds like the browser is not sending the session cookie when you use the domain name. Which browsers have you tried on Windows? Have you tried Mozilla or Firebird? Those are, by the way, the best browsers on Windows IMHO.
