How does the layout_main.a4d know where
on the page to 'assemble' the masthead, sidebars, dsp_hello.a4d,
footer etc?
None of the source documents have a layer or div tag that expresses
location, top, height, width etc.
If you're talking about the demo, the masthead, sidebar, body and
footer all have divs which have an id. That id is referenced by
styles in the CSS to create the layout geometry.
