flow control is passed to whatever the "action" parameter of the
"form" on default.a4d.
It might be default.a4p, but it certainly does not have to be. There
is no automatic flow control in the way that you describe it, in fact
you can have multiple forms on a given page each calling something
different, or even calling itself.
