In case it isn't obvious, the structure and datafile reside at:
E:\4D_Projects\Company_Name\Company_v2003\Development\Database_Files
FWIW, we've totally re-created the default.a4p file on Windows,
just in case
there was something quirky about copying it from the Mac, but no
luck. We
even made sure there was no space at the end of the name.
Put a breakpoint in On Web Connection to verify that clicking on the
form submit button is actually reaching 4D at all.
