I'm assuming you want to be able to do the same thing his "dingus"
page does?
Instead of having A4D do the text to html processing why not just have
Active4D pass the markdown text to perl and let the provided code
do the
work?

Yes, that's pretty much my idea. I knew my question was pretty much a
wild stab, but I just thought if I could avoid one more dependency, I
might be better off.
