One more thing. If you have the Web Developer Toolbar installed in
Firefox there is an option for "View Generated Source". I see to recall
that it does mess with tags though. I suspect it it interpreting the DOM.

I did find a way to get the raw source - a little pain - but after I
loaded the page. I called the Ajax driver with the correct parameters
and get the source of the Ajax load. Viewed that source and pasted it
into the main source in TextMate, then I could use the HTML Validate
bundle.
