When launching our software in the following situation 4D will crash on startup.

Here's a run down of the situation and what's been tried so far.

Machine 1:

4D 2004.7r3
Dell Laptop Latitude 630
Intel Centrino Processor
Win XP Pro SP 3
2 GB RAM

Machine 2:

4D 2004.7r3
Dell Laptop Latitude 830
Intel Centrino Processor
Win XP Pro SP 2
2 GB RAM

Both machines crash on start up of our application with the Active4D Plug in installed. The Windows error message from Machine 1 specifically mentioned the crash was related to Active4D.4DX. Removing the plug in allowed the application to start properly.

We have tried disabling Norton Antivirus/Internet Security which is installed on both machines. Both machines also have a Dell/Verizon Mobile Broadband Card utility installed.

We uninstalled the application on Machine 2, and tried running the Active4D demo, and we crashed the demo.

We have tried starting both machines in Safe Mode with and without Network support. The application still crashed. We have made sure both machines have the latest version of QuickTime installed. This didn't help the crashing.

We also tried the newer version of Active4D, 4.5. This didn't help.
