I'm installing a new site. The default page does not display when the server root is requested:
http://192.168.2.1 This should display the default page but it does not. The page displays fine when the full path is referenced. http://192.168.2.1/dir1/Index.html A4D 4.5r1 WS2003 SE (up-to-date) 4D 2004.808 Active4D.ini: Root = <default>/web/ Default page = <default>/dir1/Index.html // It's my understanding that A4D will serve the above page as the default page when 4D's On Web Connection is called without any further path/document supplied. 4D Server Preferences: Web Server: Publish Database at Startup: Yes, Port: 80 Allow SSL for web server: Yes, Port 443 Default HTML Root: /web_static Default Home Page: (blank) Non-Contextual Mode (temporary context) Root directory structure includes: Web_static/ Web/dir1/Index.html Suggestions please.
