I am just starting planning our 2003 - v11 upgrade. I wouldn't expect a release until Summer. I'm also still concerned that I'm hearing that v11 is not stable at 11.5 If v12 takes as long as v11 does to stabilize I'll probably wait until v13. We tend to skip versions anyway.
