the demo-out-of-the-box works fine on MacOSX 10.6.2, but if I try to
run it on Windows 7 I get:
* a blank screen (at the best)
* error 403
If you get errors or unexplained behavior, please check the log first!
I went to a lot of trouble to make the logging in v5 quite useful in
tracking down problems.
You will find that the log is telling you that it can't find the ICU
data and the plugin has been deactivated. This will be fixed in r14,
in the meantime you can fix it by reorganizing the contents of
Active4D.bundle/Contents/Frameworks/icu.framework like this:

icu
All symbolic links can be removed.
