I am attempting to call the image.a4d file to load a thumbnail from an image on disk. When 4D/4D Client is running under Max OSX 10.5.8 the images are returned without any issues. When I run 4D/4D Client from Windows then the images are no longer returned.
Is QuickTime installed on the Windows machines? It is necessary to get thumbnails.
