When running v11 and Active4D V5 on an upgraded site do we need to
go back and change the charset in our old pages from
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html;
charset=iso-8859-1" />
to
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html;
charset=utf-8" />
What are the potential ramifications of this change?
