Hi, I have sent emails with a url and query parameters. Everything works as expected, but some customers have a problem with the link.
Now I know from one why this happens. He is using a mail service like web.de and gets his emails in the browser. In the query params I I have an ID and a name of a street. as example: http://abfallkalender.mannheim.de/emailPrefs.php?ID=269617a3b71e0984a302774d26be21d9;name=Dachspfad at the customer if he clicks the link it is something like http://abfallkalender.mannheim.de/emailPrefs.php?ID=269617a3b71e0984a302774d26be21d9%3bname=Dachspfad now the link is not working. What should I do to solve this and be compatible with the users having no problems with the link.
