I'd say thats the problem right there. The bug-fix-list since 11.5 is elephantine.
My customer's site uses a simple process to check for the time and calls the Quit command in the middle of the night, then Robot Watchdog re-launches it. http://www.algonet.se/~blomster/tools.html
