I'm working on one.. it's at a very early stage, restarting an abortive attempt from last year. My primary goal is to use LDAP/ActiveDirectory - and the PHP/4D capabilities were my first choice as 4D has released a technote to demonstrate that.
The technote works, but the problem I ran into was that the PHP engine did not work in 4D Server. This problem may have been resolved by now so I'm going to try again. (I think it had to do with running 4D Server as Administrator in Window Server 2008). I'd be happy to know if anyone has used an other open-source solution.
