Yup, did that; made sure all files and folders are Read/Write for everybody.

Hmm, that is an interesting idea--perhaps the file somehow picked up some sort 
of corruption between zipping and unzipping? 

I did replace it, but with the same copy that had been sent previously. I'll 
try sending it again fresh and see if that might fix it.
