The goal is to have random wallapers to provide better uniqueness of activitiy thumbnails. That is granted by the current development. The second goal is to always provide consistent dialogs, so that the user gets used to the creation of new activities. In this step its not necessary to show him the exact page of the wallpaper. If he just taps "create" the default wallpaper is chosen.
