Desktop widget shows incorrect time.
Used to get the attached error message as well.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Boot Linux Mint
2. View time in clock
Actual Results:
Shows correct time and shows error message while changing time and applying
changes.
Expected Results:
Shows incorrect time and shows error message while changing time and applying
changes.
