All TabletReader v3.0 can be installed on Active Plasma from my merproject.org repository. Just add the repository using zypper ar http://repo.merproject.org/obs/home:/cristeab/kde_devel_ux_latest_i586/ cristeab then install TabletReader with zypper in TabletReader
This represents an experimental project and I am trying to support several platforms (currently Active Plasma and Windows, but in the future Android and iOS). For further information see: https://projects.kde.org/projects/playground/edu/ebookreader I'll start also to contribute to Active Okular once my time allows.
