No. And this doesn't make any sense at all.
Android/Linux is Linux kernel+Apache licensed Android userspace.
If you take the Android user space away and use PlasmaActive together with a 
Linux kernel it's not an Android but some freaky Frankenstein GNU-
Something/Linux...

This is something different. When you compile specific apps with the Qt5-for-
Android then it makes sense again.

Being space and CPU efficient in programming never hurts ;-)
