Are you talking about stopping spammers from using your Exchange Server
as a relay? Exchange 2000 is relay-secure out of the box. Anyway, a
quick check shows you listed on orbz.org, so let's get you outta there,
and back to spiffiness, where you belong.

First off, you need to go to the properties pages of your SMTP virtual
server(s) in ESM. On the Access page, Authentication tab, leave it set
to ANONYMOUS if you want inbound mail from the Internet to your domain.
On the Relay tab, put a check in "only the list below" and lock it down
to include only the IP subnets or domains that you have clients in.
Then, if you have external clients who need to relay, put a check in
"allow anyone who successfully authenticates" and have them reconfigure
their POP3 client to include the authentication information on outbound.

Then go get retested by everyone who's got you listed, so your mail can
begin flowing again.
