http://docs.sun.com has a ton of info but I'd recommend purchasing the Solaris SA-1 and SA-2 courses on CD. You can probably get them for cheap on Ebay.
My employer sent me to SUN for three weeks to learn Solaris and one of the instructors told us not to bother with NIS+.
