In that case I guess you have either installed the inetOrgPerson Kit for Windows 2000 
or you are using the .Net Server Beta 3?

I don't know much about the inetOrgPerson class, but if you have installed the Kit 
then I believe there are some limitations with the UI and certain of the Wizards.  
Apparently the newly created inetOrgPerson objects are created with a blank password 
and with their accounts disabled.  Your last mail indicates that you have set the 
password so the next step should be to enable the account.
