The best place to look is the resource kits, as you generally find the
majority of command line utilities are from these kits. They also
explain more advanced topics. Just to confuse you, NTDSUtil isn't the
utility which provides the AD database management, it's merely a front
end for another application! Failing that, have a play with it on a
development machine and teach yourself!
