[ActiveDir] How to set the memberOf attribute

Hey all,
 
I have a problem with active directory.
I make a connection to the directory trought Ldap. The connection is secure, what means that i have SSL enabled.
So far so good. I can add a user. But when i try to set the memberOf attribute i get the following error:
 
javax.naming.OperationNotSupportedException: [LDAP: error code 53 - 0000209A: SvcErr: DSID-031A0929, problem 5003 (WILL_NOT_PERFORM), data 0]
 
Is their anybody who knows how to solve this problem, i would be very greatfull...
