Looking for anyone who has implemented AD and NDS together. We are currently working on this in our test network. Our test network consists of 2 Win2k servers and 1 Netware 5.1 server. We are also running Edir 8.6.2 and Account Manager. I have a few questions on how the interoperability works between NDS and AD. In NDS you log into a specific context of the tree, but in AD you do not. We are finding that if we create an ID on the AD side through ADU+C the ID does not function in Novell since no context for the ID has been specified. If we create it in Console1 the account is fine, but we still have issues with synchronization between the directories. We have spoken with Novell on this and the last time we had a strange problem it ended up being a problem with a Java.dll file. I am just looking for someone that has had some experience in this arena. Any suggestions on docs or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated.
