It
seems that the tool doesn't work perfectly in this scenario (DomainA
& DomainB are disconnected), we're currently looking into
it:
1. Add
DC (laptopA) to DomainA
2. Add
DC (laptopB) to DomainB
3.
Pull laptopA out off DomainA after sync
4.
Pull laptopB out off DomainB after sync
5.
Install ADMT v2.0 on laptopA
6.
Perform migration of Users from DomainA to DomainB from LaptopA to
LaptopB
7. Put
LaptopA & LaptopB back in Domains
8.
Demote Laptops
Any
suggestions to this scenario? Do the FSMO-roles play a role (does LaptopA or
LaptopB require a special FSMO role)?
