There is no way to prioritize attribute changes, and other than password changes (and a couple of other actions I think), all attribute changes are replicated in the same way with the same priority. The only thing I can think of that would account for the wide difference in replication time is that the changes are being made to different DCs, and the replication latency between the DCs originating the change and the DC where you are looking for the change are different.
